Mason McDonald brings a distinctive blend of high-level executive leadership and proven real estate investment success to his practice as a licensed real estate broker in Colorado. Mason is poised to utilize his extensive financial, operational, and market expertise to serve clients across the state.

Before transitioning into real estate full-time, Mason held a significant career as a hospital executive for a Fortune 200 hospital management company. In this capacity, he managed budgets exceeding $100 million in annual revenue, oversaw capital expenditure projects valued at over $30 million, and led teams of more than 400 employees. This experience instilled in him a rigorous understanding of financial control, complex operations, and strategic management – skills he now directly applies to the real estate landscape.

Mason's passion for real estate, particularly land investment and conservation, is deeply rooted, stemming from a family history in land investment dating back to the 1800s. This lifelong interest, initially set aside for a healthcare career driven by a desire to help others, ultimately led him to establish a land investment firm in 2020 with his wife, Rachel.

Since dedicating himself fully to real estate in 2022, Mason his business into a thriving land investment company operating across the United States, with a particular emphasis in Colorado. The company is founded on principles of fair treatment, simplified processes for landowners, land stewardship, and ethical business practices, ensuring a smooth transition of property while honoring the intrinsic value of the land.

A graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, Mason also holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University. This strong educational foundation, combined with his extensive professional background, provides Mason with a unique perspective on market analysis, negotiation, and delivering exceptional client service in the Colorado real estate market.
