For Mason McDonald, real estate isn't just a business—it's a lifelong passion rooted in a deep
family history of land investment that stretches back to the 1800s. While he spent years serving
as a high-level hospital executive for a Fortune 200 company, his love for land investment and
conservation was always a guiding force.

After a successful career where he managed multi-million dollar budgets and led large teams,
Mason decided to follow his true calling. He and his wife, Rachel, established their land
investment firm in 2020. Since dedicating himself fully to real estate in 2022, he has built a
thriving company with a focus on fair treatment, simplified processes, and ethical business
practices.

Today, as a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, Mason uses his unique blend of executive
leadership and real estate expertise to help clients. His background in finance, operations, and
strategic management allows him to guide people through the process with the diligence and
integrity that defined his previous career.

A graduate of Baylor University and Trinity University, Mason is committed to building
relationships and honoring the intrinsic value of the land in every transaction. His mission is to
provide exceptional service, ensuring every client feels heard, respected, and confident
